Biography

Abigail is a PHD Candidate at the Zvi Meitar Center for advanced Legal Studies.

In her dissertation, supervised by Prof. Ron Harris and Prof. Roy Kreitner, she explores the relation between legislative reforms in consumer bankruptcy and consumer credit regulation in the United States.  

Abigail is a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Program for Outstanding Students at Tel Aviv University. She obtained her LL.B (cum laude) and her LL.M (summa cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law. During her studies, she served as an editor of the Tel-Aviv University Law Review.

Abigail clerked for Supreme Court Justice Ester Hayut and worked as an associate at the litigation practice of Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co.

Research Interests

Private Law theory, Political Philosophy and Political Economy.
